Leasing a Car was easy, however trying to contact anyone after that is a non event, phone is never answered and emails are left for days if not weeks before replied to

Terrible service. They claim in their terms and conditions to cover windscreen repairs, and then try and charge a $1000 excess for these. Very misleading. That's not covering windscreen repairs when it costs less than this to actually repair the windscreen.Vehicle also does not come with a charger to use in free charging stations. Only the charger that connects to your home power supply. We will not be renewing our subscription when it expires next year.
