Customer service was appalling!!! When I approached the two staff at the counter they were both wrapping items, apparently not for customers. I went round to the staff person to buy an item. She was then asked a question by a customer, so ignoring me and she knew I was waiting there to be served, she then left with the other customer to look for item in store. Consequently, I walked out of the shop without making a purchase. She could have easily asked the other customer if she would mind waiting while she completed my purchase. I won't be returning anytime soon!!!!

I'm always greeted with a smile. Nood is my favorite store in Queenstown. I purchased on Easter Monday its Thursday only three days later and my sofa has arrived. Unbelievable normal mail takes longer than that.Thanks girls keep it up.Sonya
