Showed up at 3:58pm on a Saturday after calling and they had shut. Guy didn’t want to stay open to 4 saying he had plans. Was pretty gutting as all we wanted to get was a $500 voucher for a 21st.

Staff were very helpful with suggestions of other tools and ways to achieve what I was after. Their enthusiasm for their products is infectious and I ended buying more than I went in for, but im very happy.

Paid $400 for a M12 impact screwdriver. Battery failed after 6 months. Did not replace but sent off for repair. No spare battery supplied. Could have spent $60 and got a compostable one online.
