Had quality issues with a job and they were not interested in helping to resolve it. Little to no quality control - they didn’t notice things missing off the artwork that were in the files supplied and each new proof seemed to have something different missing.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with my experience with Labels Plus that I wanted to share. From the very beginning Chris was so helpful and efficient - I had hard copy samples sent to me straight away and although I had a few finnicky requests with my labels, Chris and the team went above and beyond to provide the product I requested. One of the final labels ended up bring slightly different to what I had requested, however Chris immediately had the product corrected and shipped to me at no additional cost. I highly recommend Labels Plus and I look forward to working with them again in the future as they did such a great job!

I recently used Labels Plus for an event and required stickers for a mural wall. I was concerned the sticker could take paint off etc and they kindly sent me a sample to trial first which was fantastic customer service. I then put an order through last minute, and unfortunately due to our courier system not able to do same day deliveries my package did not arrive in time for the event. However, Labels Plus came to the party and urgently reprinted the stickers and arranged an afterhours location I could collect them from. They saved my event! A very big thank you for going above and beyond.
