Midas really saved me, I have felt very anxious about my engine light on for months and was having to cope with engine starting problems that happened randomly. I have had my Audi diagnosed with 2 other mechanics in town and they weren’t able to assess the problems like Midas did using the diagnostic tool and their expertise in knowing how European vehicles operate is exceptional. They exceeded my expectations and my car is now reliable and running well, they even took the time to notice a tyre that needed replacing knowing that I was about to embark on a long distance drive, they cared for my safety. Helpful advice. Great follow up when replacing cambelt asking if I'd like a couple of other belts which they saw were worn replaced, which saves on additional labour. Highly recommended.

I've been dealing with Simon for nearly 4 years now, his is always helpful when you go there and ask questions about certain cars . He's been servicing my MB C63 AMG my previous CLK 350 my daughters Audi 3.2 Cabriolet and not once did I had to go back and say hi guys you've slip up with this or that. I can truly recommend Simon and his team with excellent workmanship , honesty, and integrity. They rock at Midas.

Had our Volkswagen in to look at a WOF issue, managed to solve the problem quickly and even got the WOF redone before pick up at the end of the day. Awesome service.

Terrible experience. Mark Hodgkinson clearly has no clue. After talking to other disgruntled clients, it is clear he just lies his way out of situations. This was also the case when he worked at CLAAS as a failed agricultural technician. Proceed with caution!

Absolutely useless and shocking customer service. After forgetting about my order, and then lying about it, they were then rude and unprofessional. Do not use this business at any costs.

Simon has been bloody helpful with getting parts for my v8 535i that ya normal part suppliers seem to be unable to help with.... Fantastic service and great bunch of staff.
