Was my favourite sunglasses store in Hawkes Bay growing up but now I'm an adult in my 30s I've learned the owner is petty and has no class. It's embarrassing to say the least and such a shame when you want to support a local business.. my friends and I would prefer to go to a Sunglass Hutt out of town than deal with that disaster again. Advise to owner - treat your loyal customers with respect & do not attack them publicly (or at all) over a miniscule cost. It is total arrogance to act like they cost you far more than they bring in for you! Have some class!

Had my Christian Dior glasses repaired by soex eyewear after first repair attempt at big chain store was a complete disaster. Fitted with new lenses. Spot colour of tint and super quick turn around. Amazing service! Owner really knows his stuff. Highly recommend!!!

The service was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and cheerful. When out of his way for us, to help us with our sunglasses issues even though we didn’t purchase them from his store. Will definitely be turning to this store to buy sunglasses in the future. :)
