Am I the only one that thinks that netting in the middle of the store is not a secure way to house 2 kittens? You can see it’s been patched up all around the sides. Apparently kids shake the netting which must freak the kittens out. Anyone could just steal them if they wanted to… so unsafe. Apparently other stores have nice enclosures for their animals but this store have to “prove themselves” to get a decent enclosure. Yikes what kind of people run this type of business? Not ones that love animals that’s for sure!! The fish tanks were not clean either.

Went for a shop this afternoon to get my fussy cats Xmas gifts, and my mums puppy a gift. The staff were very professional, friendly, approachable, and very passionate about their job. We will absolutely be back soon!

Shopped here for the first time yesterday. Lovely shop. More importantly, what an awesome team of staff! They were all so friendly & professional & couldn't do enough to help me. I was very impressed and will be back for sure. Well done team :).
