I have joined this gym two months ago. The environment is really friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipments are great. I really enjoy working out there. Keep it up guys!!

I’ve been counting down the days until Snap Fitness opened up here. And I’m happy to report that my expectations have been exceeded on all fronts!The staff are totally awesome, very friendly, and approachable! Clearly, they’re all passionate about fitness, and creating a great little community up here.The venue is well set out, with all the latest and greatest equipment – so many options! And there’s plenty of parking if you don’t live nearby.If you join, be sure to get yourself a Myzone chest strap (which Tammy and Silvana recommended). All you need to do is set up the app, then wear the strap and it tracks your HR/zones for each workout. Plus, your effort gets projected up on the big screen in real-time which is pretty fun.I haven’t been this excited about fitness since I fell in love with running seven years ago (alas, I can no longer run due to an issue with my back) but I now have so many alternative options at Snap Fitness!

Tarsh and Char are the only staff I've met so far, but the interaction has been so easy and friendly I was very impressed. I was nervous at first about going to a gym but they explained the process and how everything works very clearly. Definitely recommend for those who are hesitant. The facility is kept so clean, music choice is on point, and no judgements from others. When I'm there I can just focus on what I'm doing, use the Netflix on machines... Who could have thought I would be anticipating a gym visit?! Love this place!

Really nice gym, only downfall it is always real hot in the gym, like the aircon doesn’t work or something. Cause it’s the warmest gym I have been too

Beyond fantastic customer service (from a lady named Danielle in particular). She jumped through a whole heap of hoops to get my membership reinstated.Even before my hiatus, the staff are super helpful and non-judgmental. The facilities at this particular gym is compact but the setup is brilliant! In my opinion anyway with the boxing bag onsite.Great layout and a brilliant range of equipment to boot, decent parking for the cycle.Unfortunately, its right next to a great cake shop but if you're going to the gym then you're probably fighting the urge to indulge in cake anyway.
