I'm happy I connected with Rachel Fabish from McDonald Real Estate when I urgently needed a rental for myself and my 2 little girls, she was just amazing and made everything happen with ease - which was a massive relief for us. Rachel has always been super responsive when I needed something repaired and seems to always go out of her way to help with whatever she can. As far as rental property managers go, Rachel is at the top of my list!

The rental department of this company does not care about tenants. They connect you with dodgy landlords, then refuse to help when the landlords break the law. Their loyalty seems to be with overly-wealthy landlords, not average working class people. Seek out a different company if you are looking for an honest, helpful company.

I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Watt re selling a property for a friend.Thomas, was very well presented, polite, efficient, answered phone calls/texts and always returned the calls. He was on time for meetings and nothing was too much trouble for him.I would thoroughly recommend Thomas for all your property requirements.

I’ve been a tenant under Patsy Castles at McDonald Real estate for just over two years. I’ve always found Patsy & the team to be very friendly & helpful. Any concerns or questions I’ve had are quickly addressed. Being a busy working household, Patsy & her team always ensure that inspections etc are done seamlessly, timely & in a non disruptive manner.

Macdonald real estate have been amazing from the moment I moved into the first residual property in Carrington Street almost 4years ago till the present property were in. However it has been a little confusing at times when I'm getting messages from the landlord about things that need to be repaired etc even though I go through the real estate agent. I would prefer to have things done when they need to be done eg renovations to the home have been advised that will be done but we are still waiting for them for them to be completed or adhered to for our safety and comfort. The real estate agent has been easily contact able however and has done their utmost best to stick to their word and do as much as they can to have things fixed when asked and notified.

Rachel has always proven to work very professionally. I have used Rachel to find tenants along with finding a short term rental for myself. Her communication and attention to detail are always first class. I would recommend using Rachel for all your renting requirements.

Thomas has been great to deal with. He has excellent communication skills and works very hard to achieve a sale.
