Got the experience to know what they are getting into-or to be clear if things are going to be unknown, got the equipment to do the job.And, not important to all, but, Look at those 40+year old Kenworths always turned out immaculately, and reliably doing their days work, far nicer to see on the road than endless maroon Japanese truck and trailers with newly arrived Steerers....
