City Nail's

I really like the end result of my nails but I only asked for acrylic with normal OPI and was charged 10 dollars extra!! Please put the correct price up on your menu and also do something about the décor and music it always feels like I'm sitting in a messy funeral not a salon..

Got a spa pedi and gel nails and was happy with the lovely service. Very friendly, chatty and good handlingGood pricing and lots of services available. Busy store and very popular.

We had booked in at a specific time (wedding group) and were still made to wait 30 minutes.Why have a booking system if it's not even attempted to stick too?.Staff grumpy. Not a pleasant experience

I'm giving you a one star because when my sister asked specifically for gel acrylics the nail tech just gave her gel nails which is way overpriced, and they didn't even do the right colour that she asked for, also, when I was getting French tips they didn't even put the nails on the tip, so there was more lunula then nail plate, my friend did notice that the workers were getting more tired and lazy to do stuff perfectly/good. The last time I got my nails done it was horrible too, the nails weren't the same length and I had to wait an hour for them to notice me. This is such horrible customer service.

Had a Pedicure, one of the best I’ve ever had!!! Very thorough and professional, not rushed, just great.

Avoid!! Used emery boards, unsanitary foot spas everything screams fungal disease in the least! So unhygienic and unfortunately the only nails spa place. If you want cheap and nasty here's the place.

call me a karen, wouldn't recommend lol.I booked an appointment knowing they're usually quite busy, when I arrived I was told to wait another 20 mins. I was waiting in the chair for a whole hour before my nails were even looked at.Other ladies who had booked appointments were told to sit and wait whilst walk-ins were prioritised. I asked for a set of acrylics with gel polish, they rushed through without taking time to file properly or make sure the nails are the same length. This service should've cost me $70 yet they charged $80.- I understand they upped the price because the set I asked for are long stiletto nails, but nobody informed me beforehand that I would be charged extra, nor does it say anything on the price list. And after waiting an hour into a booked appointment, $70 is ridiculous anyway. xx

Took my elderly mum in to get her nails done today... they were all so lovely and helpful! Helped with her wheelchair access too... and she walked out with lovely nails too! A++++

Dont think this place deserves any stars actuallyIt's gross and matches the gross attitude they give out.Would rather give my money too beauticians who provide this service working from home.And I will never tell my friends or whānau to go there ever!That was so embarassing. My poor friend. Apologies to my friend who was in Gisborne for a couple of days who deserved some well deserving pampering.Need new staff or management that appreciate their customers or another salon that offers a way better service all around.Shame on you!
