Very disappointed with the customer service we received to by grumpy girl working today on valentines! Me and my partner only asked for help and was greeted with a snarly attitude! Walked out very disappointed! There was no need for that kind of angry behavior towards you're customers! Spent our money elsewhere and encourage others to consider the same!

Most discriminatory towards larger people I asked last week to have my waist measured to find what size I take in the measurements they offer and was told by the shop assistant that she already know what size you are and nothing will fit you. Just remember larger people have feelings too and you guys could learn to be a bit more polite.

The most appalling customer service ever!! Ange is horrible to deal with she talks over you and doesn't let you finish your sentences. I have never had such rude customer service in my life. Will not be shopping here again! I wish there was a zero star rating

On every occasion I have been in just jeans in Centre Place Hamilton I have found Jessie the store manager to be very helpful in finding the jeans to suit our needs.He always comes across as friendly, genuinely wanting to help, and he is quick to find the right style for the individual.Great service and reasonably priced jeans.

Very discriminative to larger size people. Got the incorrect sizing and went to complete an exchange for larger sizes but was told by Ange that they didn't provide sizes that" large (XXL). Then requested refund and was denied this!"

I was looking for some jeans went to the warehouse,Kmart,etc and it was only just jeans that could find my size that could fit and the quality is definitely worth the price
