My car was having its roadworthiness test done at VTNZ next door to Tuffy last week and a small job needed doing. I contacted Tuffy and they managed to pick up the car, fix the problem and deliver it back to VTNZ and all in time for me to get my vehicle back within the day. Fabulous and friendly service. I've got another job needs doing on my car and I'm definitely taking it back to Tuffy Auto.

I've dealt with Tuffy's twice so far in the small business I work for and they have been super accommodating each time, fitting us in at short notice and dropping the vehicles off to us (in Lower Hutt) once the work is done. I'm really impressed with their service. Thanks team!

Great place to get your car fixed, they are quick and keep you up to date. We had to have our car towed over the weekend to a mechanic and naturally chose Tuffys, they were prompt in getting back to us with a quote and options. As it was unexpected, like most car breakdowns, it's nice to know they now have AFTERPAY.

Failed my wof at vtnz so booked in here to get repairs done as well as a full service. They were super friendly and easy to deal with. They even got my van rechecked for me. I will definitely be using them from now. Thanks again

A MASSIVE shout out to Kosh! Thank you so much man for getting me out of a long winded situation. I just purchased a Mazda BT-50, and it failed on a WOF from VTNZ next door. Tuffy Auto Centre was very busy, but he still found time help me out on the spot. Because of Kosh, I was able to head back to Auckland with no delay. Thank you so my my guy. Have a wonderful year ahead :) AAAA++++

We pulled into Tuffy’s because our car was behaving strangely on the motorway and they were able to look at it on the spot and fix it that afternoon. It saved our long weekend plans, so thanks Tuffy’s! Highly recommend.
