Was searching for site that has all the product I use. This was the only one so far that did in my search. Ordered the product. Free delivery next day and also came with sample product and welcome\thank you note. Made my day. Will be buying from them when my recent purchases from them runs out. Thanks guys for a great service.

Good discounts and product range but unlike their competitors I have always ask for samples or free goodies. Which makes it very uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Just went to the xplosiv headquarters shop. The guy charged me $109.99 for musclepharm whey, which is listed online for $89.99. When I confronted him about it he said online and in store prices are different?I complained saying when I went to this Westgate store I got it for $89.99 and he put up an argument so I left as I could see he had no intention of fixing the error.I don't apreciate feeling conned. Terrible customer service. Your prices should be the same across the bored. Why am I paying an extra $15 when I save you guys shipping and logistics getting it myself?

Xplosiv supplements Massey is the best supplement store I've been too. All the staff are always friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. I'm usually served by Alen, he is very genuine and always gives me good honest advice on what supps will help me with my goals etc.

I ordered whey protein online. 5 days after, I receive my Myfusion Advance protein unsealed. How can they miss it? protein powder is all over the container. The plastic seal is not properly in placed. When I remove the lid, the seal is half open!!! You can tell that the container has long been opened because the whey protein along the edge of the seal are already a hard stain. I emailed them with pictures.I am now demanding for a replacement or refund. Who knows if moulds has already developed inside? I have to go to your store or warehouse to return this unsafe product! What an inconvenience. Fuel cost and time.Two stars since the Xtend BCAA is alright, properly sealed.

Had a small issue with one of the products I ordered. They took full responsibility and organized for a replacement tub. Excellent customer service.

I walk in to their westgate store... a douche comes out not too keen to work, lies that he uses the first product I ask about not saying why he uses it, I walk out chosing to leave my money elsewhere...

I made a mistake with an online order and ended up with a mass gainer when I wanted a normal protein powder. I had already opened one without noticing so I contacted the store through the website and Grant made fast contact, not only did he send me two bags of the correct protein powder at no extra charge but he also sent me a courier ticket to get the unopened one back to them. Unbelievable customer service in this day and age, very happy with Grant's response and its guaranteed my business for the future. Thanks Grant!
