Took our little puppy Milo for her first day in town, we stopped in Animates to find a suitable harness for her and we were pleasantly surprised at one of the employees, A nice young lady who knew exactly what she was doing and she let us try multiple harnesses on Milo to find the right one that fit. The support we got from, and lots of insight led us to purchase the best harness possible for our little Milo. Thanks a bunch! and we went to the lake right afterwards

Excellent customer service took the time to write out ten day plan to move from whisk as to Iams cat biscuits, really knew what they were talking about, would highly recommend!

Awesome! The staff were so helpful, and so kind to my dog (she loved everyone she met) even when she stole a treat. They helped me fit her with a life jacket and encoured her to walk around with it on to see how she felt about it before we committed to buying. Happy to say that Tūi was very proud of her new jacket and wanted to wear it home.
