Great staff, very friendly.Negative: it’d be cool if thrifters had an opportunity to find cool sports items instead of them being collected for people to look at. Nothing cool on the racks.

Indian male with short hair at the paying station is so rude. Please teach your staff to say hello and talk with respect. If they do not like the job, than they should find something better to do with their time.

First time dumping something here and was a bit nervous about not knowing the process but the signage was great and they had a easy to use touch screen machine at the entry to confirm your rego, ask what you instead to dispose of and to take your card details and one on exit to take the payment once it confirmed your car weighed the right amount for what you said you were disposing off. Staff there also helpfully waved me through to the right direction whenever I might look lost. Plus there was only two other cars there on a overcast Sunday afternoon so super fast

Price was better than I expected because of the amount of steel I had that could be recycled. Even my old dishwasher and bbq could be recycled.The biggie for me was the people working there. My old ute broke down on a rainy Saturday morning, and they were keen to help me, even providing me with tools so I could get back on the road. I regret not getting their names but great people with that awesome Kiwi attitude. Thank you.

The Olde Dump Shop - Wickham Street! Unacceptable behaviour from one of your Bosses!Forcing a lady to pay for an item that firstly was given to her from someone donating items OUTSIDE the store & claiming the product was yours!.How much greed is too much greed? Right before Christmas as well. I hope that $10 was worth all of the distress you caused your customers, christmas is had enough as it is.

Much cheaper than our local Cambridge Transfer Station. Staff were helpful. Easy to drop off waste. Concrete floor means no traipsing through mud and dust. Excellent. Will definitely make the trip again.

Absolutely terrible. My wife accidentally went through the weigh station (was meant to go to the shop) and paid the minimum fee ($28) to get around. Requested a refund straight away - provided the information to the shop; and over a month later still hasn't received a refund. Called, emailed and given the run around. Beyond disappointed. Hopefully this review will prompt some action and an improvement to systems!
