Good value, not bad food. Was really busy when I went but not an unreasonable wait time. Didn't wait long to order either. They did really well with only 3 staff in my opinion. Great stuff

Low quality fish and bland fries. $2.50 for a little bit of tomato sauce on the side. We all feel sick after eating it. This may be the best fish and chips place in the north but that can only mean there are no other shops that sell fish and chips around here!

Coming from Auckland we have been to a number of takeaway shops. I must say this place does make a really good cheese burger and their fish is pretty good too, however the prices are very steep. When we first arrived 6 months ago im pretty sure a fish was $5:50 then they went up to $6 and now it's $8 for a fish, and the size is very small. There is no way it's a full fillet. I was very disappointed thought it may have been a once off but no, I got the same size the next time I went back. With a fishing beach on their door step, I would have thought the size and price of a fish would have been much better. All prices are a bit high, I feel if they opened earlier in the week maybe they could bring their prices down abit. For what use to be an affordable takeaway meal has now been put into the luxury basket.

Must be honest, takeaways can be hit and miss (mostly hit thankfully) but their raw fish is my favorite! Love the team. I'm a regular lol.
