We recently installed a 2-storied balustrade on our new build. This company was excellent to deal with. All staff involved were professional, the price was very reasonable, and the result even better than we expected. Great communication with installers. Highly recommend.

Poor install, within a year glass was rattling in the wind (consented second story). Coach screws are now pulling out. Kevin has a poor attitude. Showing up unannounced, entering the property on his own and arguing its not his problem without even being shown what the problem is. A year ago while fixing the incorrectly installed and undersized glass the installer agreed there was alot of flex and was going to come back and install a third bolt, he never did. Adjacent balustrades are mismatched in height. Would not recommend

Hands down the worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. Too many problems to list here, and zero care factor from the owner to finish it properly. Paid someone else to fix it after a 7 months ordeal. I still to this day regret ever calling these guys.

We were impressed by the prompt professional service offered by this company. Mark England knew exactly what we wanted, made recommendations for handrails as well as a custom glass infill and within a very short time our quote arrived. The finished product was of excellent quality, precisely installed by Seth and Ian.Thanks all round for a job well done.
