Sandra is an aggressive, rude staff member there. Very scary that people like that, energy vampires and attackers are employed to care for the weak and elderly people..Unfortunately too many old people's homes have these types of abusers there. Very sad. How do these nasty people keep jobs? However the manager Nina is cool calm and collected. As a manager should. I pray our family member will be safe there!
