Absolutely awful hair extension specialist, have never had any issues till coming here.They ended up loosing four of my extensions in the two times I went, tape extensions fell out after a few weeks, had to go back a re do multiple times.The tape this place used absolutely ruined my hair and hair extensions, lady who I got my extensions off in Auckland was disgusted at the condition they left them in, the tape stickiness so hard to get out of my hair. Ended up having to go to another salon, in Auckland because nobody here knows what they are doing so beware.Also, staff was so rude, one lady who didn’t do my hair, think she was the manager, made rude comments about me and complained about the amount of extensions I had, which wasn’t much, appalling behaviour considering I paid them over $500…Do not get your extensions done here.

The Team at MKD are so talented, fun and knowledgeable. Mel turned my ginger disaster into my balayage dream. They are know as Taurangas blonde specialists for a reason

I see Hannah at MKD hair and she is so incredibly talented! I always look forward to getting my hair done and am beyond happy with the results! Also brilliant sense of humor!

I’ve just been to see Hannah for the first time and came home to write a review as I was so happy. She gave me lots of good advice on colouring, the cut was brilliant and the blow dry was amazing!!!

Amazing service and attention to detail, actually took the time to explain how to take care of my colour. Also the basin seats are so comfy to sit in for ages so your neck doesn't hurt :)
