Absolutely love our new floors! They look so good and are even better than we expected. The job has been done professionally, punctually and with a real eye for detail. Glenn was a fantastic salesman, he spent weeks running samples back and forth and answered all of my (many) questions. He was always just a phone call away. Richard down at Flooring Xtra Papakura was also brilliant, he knows the answer to everything and has a real love for what he does.I was thrilled that Flooring Xtra was able to give me contacts for having the floor removed at a cheaper cost, and a painter to tidy up the skirting boards/walls. Both contacts were fabulous.Gary ripped up the floors and put new floors down. He cleaned up every day - no dust in sight! And went above and beyond expectations, from filling holes our awful builders had left, to making sure the edging was perfect by returning on his Saturday.We have had SO many disappointments with our house and renovations. It was refreshing to have such a brilliant job done, and even better that we could work with locals.Just wish we had done it sooner. Thanks to Glenn, Richard, Gary and the team at Papakura.

So happy with the service and products! We re-carpeted with NZ Wools Otapiri range - just stunning. Love the loop pile and texture and look. Also did entrance way in laminate flooring planks which we were able to lay ourselves. Everyone extremely helpful at Flooring Xtra Papakura.

I cannot rate Flooring Xtra Papakura highly enough! Richard was so patient, ensured that I was well informed before making a decision and his product knowledge was second to none. Due to COVID their was a delay with the carpet arriving however now that it is installed the delay was well worth it! The two guys who installed the carpet were professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. Thank you Richard and the team.

We were looking to re-do the carpets in the bedroom and garage, Richard & Adrian were extremely patient with helping us with our carpet choice. They had great product knowledge, and made sure it was something that would suit our requirements. They are a family business with family values and it shows through our entire process as they never pressured or tried to upsell something we didn't need.We are loving our new carpets and would definitely recommend Richard and his team to our friends & family.
