Great service, super helpful and knowledgeable. Plus I felt no pressure while looking at the vehicle, I was able to take it for a decent test drive and it was amazing. Mark also sorted me out with a brand new warrant, so I got a full year from the day of purchase and he even sorted me with half a tank of diesel! Bought a Mazda Premacy off Sunil at the end of March 2020 just before lockdown.While the sales process was good and they addressed a couple of minor issues when we bought the vehicle, follow up with a couple of minor issues that have popped up have been poor.A damaged seat belt buckle that we missed when looking at the car took a couple of calls and eventually showing up in person to sort. Have also discovered a pinched door seal causing a leak that I have tried to make contact to sort.Given we have only done 1500km since purchasing the vehicle (it sat for 2 months in our driveway unused due to Covid) its not unreasonable to have this issue addressed. The limited rain in March/April and non use of the car meant we didn't realise this was an issue until my wife returned to work.Ive given up and ordered myself from Mazda at a cost of $90 ex Japan.Disappointed as this was the best yard I have walked into for non pushy sales staff.

Purchased a new vehicle from Chiba, the whole process was easy from start to finish. Mark is a wonderful salesman and I never felt pressured or rushed, very informative and upfront with the very minor issues the vehicle had. Was a bit nervous buying my Toyota Aqua Hybrid simply because I don’t understand hybrids as much as normal cars. When there was a slight issue with the battery after I bought it Mark and team was lovely to communicate with and sent the battery for testing and cell replacement in a timely manner.
