I rang Dean - The Hot Water Doctor Ltd at 12.40pm and after having a chat I sent him some photos of our hot water cylinder that was pouring out with water. Within the hour Dean had advised that we needed a new cylinder as our old one was passed its use by, and quoted for the job. By 3pm the same day, he had started the job removing the old cylinder, returning the following day to install a new cylinder. Dean was professional, friendly and cleaned up after himself. Dean communicated well, there were no surprises and he was accommodating! I totally recommend Dean @ The Hot Water Doctor Ltd. Thank you so much - we appreciate you!

I had a bad experience with my previous plumber who cracked my water tank (and relief valve) and leading to a slight flood back to my basement downstair. Dean came as a life saver to provide detailed/professional replacement solution with reasonable costs, and Dean has done a awesome job which is totally different to some rush works from others. I strongly recommend Dean to all at the first place if you have any plumber issues.

Dean proved to be very prompt in returning phone calls, supplying a quote and coming to do the job. He was very pleasant to deal with, tidy worker who put down carpet protection and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished. Highly recommend The Hot Water Doctor.

Phoned Dean, explained that our cylinder was leaking and we were without hot water. Dean was able to come the following day and installed a new hot water cylinder. Prompt, tidy and thorough - best call I made!
