I was served by an absolutely lovely women today! She had a green hoodie on and blonde hair. I have had a baby and was so nervous about trying on jeans. She was so so lovely helping me exchange some I wasn’t happy with and reassuring me when the biggest size of a style of Jean didn’t fit me! I never leave reviews but I think lovely people like her should be appreciated. Such a gem to have as part of your team Glassons Nelson ❤️❤️

Returned an item for my daughter today as she was at work, I was amazed at how easy the process was, took no more than 30 seconds, served by a very helpful and friendly staff member.

There are few places in the world that men just don't belong and Glassons is it. The contrast on the faces of the girls (excited at the product and the sales) and the guys (omg... can't you just decide?). There should be a warning on the door leave your males outside!!!"If there were a place us guys could sit

The services provided today wasn’t great!!! We got ask to leave the shop no in a very nice way- other customers were there too and they didn’t appreciated either

Lovely shop but got a look up and down by a young staff member whom then just turned around and kept chatting behind the desk with the other 2 young staff members. We weren't even greeted in the shop, not offered any help, there was clothing on the floor and things hanging off hangers at 10am. Wouldn't go back terrible service
