Long wait to get served. Staff were lovely once we did get served. Food was average, chips stone cold.

I made a order and gave me the wrong food and it took forever. I was so annoyed and frustrated so I had to reorder to get what I wanted and they mostly had it right but still didn’t give me 1 of the drinks I ordered

Ordered delivery, waited for an hour then rung. My order still in the queue, hasn’t been prepared yet. One of my most favourite take outs. Staff problem needs to be fixed.

Since COVID KFC has suffered in fraction totally ashame as I personally love there hot wings. But timing in drive through is a long wait. This is true of alot of fast foods. As a customer I know I can cook so well it's just like I been there

So I had just brought food from here about 30 minutes ago. They had given me the wrong chicken pieces (i didn't want wicked wings because my son cannot handle spice).They also forgot the extra chicken pieces I had ordered.What else could go wrong? Well I didn't receive any straws, no paper towels and for some reason the potatoe and gravy smelt and taste odd.And then it got worse.I called them about this and basically told me that there is nothing they can do. I didn't have a receipt because they never give one and if you ask for one, they always give you this look hence why I never ask.They offered me a $5 instore credit but after I spent over $50 only to receive that as an option, absolutely ridiculous.I honestly thought McDonald's had the worst customer service but you definitely won that one.

If you order online, you MUST ask the correct staff member about your order or they will never call out your number. I got my meal 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.Other staff members will be helpful but your number still won't get called.

Food is good but we waited over an hour for our food, they make food for the drive through first so better to go through the drive through I guess.

Chicken was so dry the chips where soggy they ran out of potato and gravy and bread rolls. The staff were yelling extremely loud when we were trying to eat and they were un wellcoming. A small dessert is not a substitute for a large potato and gravy and the toilets were absolutely horribly disgusting.
