All comments below is true! Just happened to me and still waiting for a refund back!

BEWARE ⚠️ DO NOT bother with this website. After not hearing back about my order placed, for almost a week, I sent a follow up email only to be told my order was lost in transit and would I like a refund seen as they had no stock. Well of course I want a refund if you can't provide the item I'm trying to buy! Total waste of time. Not even a fast refund so I can try purchase the item elsewhere. I WISH I had checked google reviews cos they are truly a waste of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!poor communication won't give any information apart from their email address, but they don't even email you back!save your money and shop elsewhere.

Please stay away from this site. I know it’s very tempting with the offers and deals they may provide compared to other retailers but please keep in mind the items you may buy are not worth it. I ordered 15m festoon lights and all of a sudden it partially stopped working (70% of the lights) within 8 months. When reached out the customer support, they were not at ready to help stating the item comes with just 6 months warranty (and no where in their website says about the warranty period). When asked for the proof, they had no answers. I am going to lodge a formal complaint against this business for their unethical business ethics primarily focused on selling and no customer support.Please stay away from this website! It’s as good as ordering from AliExpress or AliBaba (in fact they offer better customer support)

Ordered earphones which are faulty and the charging wire was broken with cables exposed. Put a bad review on the webpage but the owner has not approved the review so you can’t see it. Asked for refund but they want a video to demonstrate that it is broken. Don’t shop here.

Haha .... well thank you to all who reviewed this place. I didn't actually buy anything because of all the reviews saying the same thing. This is what the review thing is for. Appreciate the system. Hopefully they change their ways and get better at this ...or go broke.

Don't waste your time with Shopsite. They took 12 days just to dispatch my order. They actually only sent it after I followed up with an email, offering the excuse that some orders from that day had been forgotten. No apology and when I requested a refund, they instead didn't reply to my email for two days and then sent it. Avoid them, they're just not worth the energy

Stay well clear of this business. Items are rubbish and their ads are misleading. You will receive something flimsy and damaged and they won’t accept there’s an issue. Refuse to speak on the phone and don’t list an address on their site. They only approve positive reviews on their items. Very dodgy.
