Jumped in this companies cab as first on rank at Wellington Airport. Short trip 1km to Miramar. Driver ignored both direct ways to get to address and went the long way. Half way through asked how to get there and for directions. Hidden fees and on arrival just assumed I wanted to use eftpos instead of cash. Tried to hide the screen from me so I couldn't see what the charge was. $29.49 to travel 1000m. Will not use this company again.

Used online booking form which was easy, shuttle was confirmed quickly and they replied promptly to my email with queries. Only annoying thing was additional booking fee (5%) for booking online which was not in original quoted price. Driver was on time for both trips (we booked a shuttle to and from the event) and was friendly.

We used the Taxi service. Wonderful experience! Highly recommended. Professional, punctual and courteous driver. The drive back home from the airport was so smooth, I felt I was in a Mercedes Benz!

Booked and paid via AIR NZ app. Arrived in WLG no sign of driver. Rang company and they told me oh we are sorry, driver is not available to pick you up, could you please wait 50-60 mins and another will come get you. No emails or txts telling me there was an issue with my pick up. Absolutely terrible service. I DO. NOT RECOMMEND this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I booked a taxi to airport and paid in advance via the form on website. I then found alternate transport and cancelled my booking (at least 24 hours in advance). I called them that day to check I would get a refund and was told I would. Nearly 4 weeks later I am still waiting. I have been calling and they say they’ll pass the message on but never call me back. Emails have gone unanswered. It’s put me out $125

On 22nd August 530pm I arrived at the Wellington train station having travelled 7.5hrs. I knocked on the window and asked for a taxi to Novotel in the terrace.. the driver a male driver seemed annoyed and said it would cost me $40 that is daylight robbery, he said either pay it or go to the next taxi the next taxi shooed me away as well so I got a different company and only had to pay $25 …I don’t want to paint the whole company in a bad light but he did that for you.Shameful

We unfortunately got into this cab as it was at Wellington Airport being the next cab available, the driver did not speak one word of English or any other language. We had to type our address onto his phone, he did not speak at all as he obviously had no idea of the English language. I hope this driver does not pick up any tourists as he was completely useless in every way. It was cab no. 180.. I will never use this cab company again. One star is one star too many.

They have so many hidden charge such airport fee $10, eftos charge and etc..Must explain defore they take the customers.I won't use them anymore.Please get away from this company.

Pre booked taxis to and from the airport. Drivers arrived in good time, helped with luggage and were very courteous. I strongly recommend this business.
