Just bought another scratching post -- it looks great alongside the Kat Attack cat tree we bought a few years ago. Both of these products are very well made -- they don't wobble at all, and most importantly our cats absolutely love them! Definitely the best cat tree/scratching post on the market.The lovely lady from ComfyPet was a great help following up with the courier, and posted us a new one with a cat wand when the courier damaged the first package. Can confirm our cats (and the kitten from next door) all went crazy at the cat wand -- will sure come back for more!

Bought the New Yorker Cat Tree. An absolutely fantastic product built to last a very long time. The solid build weighs in at about 75kg, so there is no way it will fall over when your furry little demons are playing hard. All timber construction and a well thought out design. Customer service is also amazing with incredibly obliging staff who want to make the whole experience memorable. Full marks to an awesome team with incredible products!

We got our first Katattack pole 4 years ago and the thing is built like a tank and is our cats go to spot in front of the window. We decided to get the New Yorker for the fur ball and my wife decided on the colour. It arrived and now she doesn’t like the colour, a quick call to their awesome team and they freighted us a new one in the colour my wife wanted in the end.Their customer service is second to none and I won’t buy my cat products from anyone else now
