Not impressed here. We rang to enquire if we could instruct a solicitor to act for us on an house purchase. We were greeted by a voicemail to leave a message, which we did, saying it was urgent. Two days later we are still awaiting them to phone us back! We have since instructed another firm in Cambridge to act for us and they have been very helpful. Glad we are not still waiting for this lot or we would have lost the house !!
