Honeslty, they need to value time, i gave a phone order they said 10 mins but when i arrived i had to wait for 40 mins, when i asked the staff they said 2 mins and were least bothered. Very slow and unreliable

This place has improved the quality of their food in last couple of month.This place is really good for food anytime after 10am.Food price is really reasonable the only thing I would like them to improve more is sweets quality which is not up to the mark. If they manage to maintain that as well they are 5star from my side.People their are really good and welcoming.Keep it up!!!

The worst customer service, staff member is arguing with the customer over food we ordered and gave us it in the wrong way instead of giving it in a way it should be taken away and didn't even apologies over her mistake. Even food is cooked by food colour and yogurt is mixed by water...

Good place to buy Indian sweets, snacks and veg items. Although they could work better on having a cleaner washroom. Vegetable curries are just OK, not perfect. Samosas are their highest selling product.

If hygiene matters to you (clean washrooms) than this place will definitely disappoint you. My rating is primarily for cleanliness and hygiene. I hope @aucklandcouncil will take notice.

Worst ever customer service, both women who serves at counter has zero smile on thr faces and dont bother about customer’s preferences. And if you by chance ask for green chutney … staff becomes deaf and sometimes lie that they dont have it but you can clearly see lot of green chutney in containers in front of them. All other restaurants provide green and tamarind chutney with samosa pakoras etc. The boys who use to serve before were good and was with smiling faces always but these ladies are too rude. Would have given zero stars for service if got an option .

Setting inside the store is really superb. Beautiful interior decorations. Lot of sweets are there to try plus Indian food items. But they are vegetarian only. That is which I dnt find good in terms of food. Their customer service is very average. But the one served me was good enough to say thank u. Their Thaali for 13$, is a good deal.
