Wow, we called to ask where our shipment was today, 7 January. It was picked up on 23 Dec in Auckland, heading to Tauranga. The woman who answered Mainfreight Tauranga looked up the shipment and confirmed it was picked up in Auckland. When I asked where it might be since 2 weeks have passed, I kid you not, she said we have other customers too" and transferred me to an Auckland receptionist

Poor, just completely poor. Which is clearly a service they provide often, judging by the reviews. Time for a new dispatch coordinator I think, one who can keep there delivery drivers in line!!!Sign ANOTHER UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
