Horrible. At least 2 non competent ladies works there. Their fault I will not received payments before Christmas. So disappointed, went there 3 times with my small baby from 5th of December and tried to get help for my big family with 3 kids, but was getting wrong application forms and verbal rejection. Only when their managers start talking with us, the progress begins.

If you have any issues the Manager at Albany (as of mid-2019) is the most incredible person. She is dedicated and really cares about people. Her help has been invaluable to us and I cannot praise her enough. Many of the staff there are good too - with perhaps 1 or 2 exceptions. But compared to experiences at other offices it is like going to concierge care. It about time Govt offices realised that being kind and considerate creates a better situation for everyone. It appears that this is finally happening!

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Nicky, Susan and Antonio. They went above and beyond to help me and my son's friend feel comfortable and navigate through a challenging situation and I am impressed by their professionalism, empathy and efficiency.Nicky, Susan and Antonio were friendly and compassionate from the moment I walked into the office. Nicky listened to my concerns and took my feedback constructively, which demonstrated her commitment to providing a high level of service. Nicky and her team were able to turn what could have been a stressful and negative experience into a positive one.Their genuine desire to do good and be kind was evident throughout the entire process. They were patient, understanding and supportive, which made me feel cared for and heard. I left the office with peace of mind and hope that my son's friend would be in good hands.I want to commend Nicky, Susan, and Antonio for their outstanding work and thank them for their dedication to helping people. It is refreshing to see such exemplary service in today's fast-paced and often impersonal world. They are truly an asset to this organisation.Once again, thank you for your excellent service and please extend my appreciation to Nicky, Susan and Antonio. Keep up the good work!

Great Staff, Friendly Security. I never have had any issues at this place. Always been helpful and helped me get me into a flat and get my day by day living :)

Team very helpful and professional, interior very modern and well laid out with plenty of parking availability close by.

My wife and I experienced a very friendly person at reception who gave us such good advice. Pleasant experience and put our minds ar rest.

The grey, greasy haired lady at the front counter is so rude! She isn't working in the right place, she has no compassion or empathy for people situations

Work and Income Albany has got to be the greatest Branch in New Zealand. The staff are lovely and always willing to hear you out and help in any way they can. They make everything an really smooth experience. Never waiting long at all
