I've had terrible experiences with double glazing companies. They overcharged, under delivered and provided excuse after excuse. So much so that I'm still dealing with these companies a year after the job. When it comes to your property and investments, you need to be careful about who undertakes the work, not just the workers but the managers and company. Its just not worth having a poor outcome and having to manage and spend your own time trying to fix it. This doesn't happen when you use Westview Aluminum.Their sales team and Mitchell were knowledgeable about their product, making personalised suggestions based on the environment. They were timely in their communication and made sure I was satisfied before moving forward, they made sure I understood, avoiding industry jargon and making the job more complex than it needed to be.Andrew the installation manager, showed confidence in his team and their ability to deliver. He visited the site, made sure everything added up and said 'this price doesn't change unless we both agree' - it was reassuring to have this commitment. He gave further suggestions, timeframes and installation dates. Its clear Andrew has great experience, understands customers needs and ensures delivery. He kept me up to date throughout the process.The installation team were fantastic, other than the great conversation the work was immaculate. They even made alterations that I had not thought of to make the final product more esthetically pleasing. They made sure the work was not only to my standard, but to theirs. Andrew then visited again after the installation to take a look over and make sure I was happy.There was a small challenge with a door that was discovered later which made it difficult to close. Their team came back straight away and fixed the issue.It seems some of these companies joined the double glazing business as a quick cash grab, on the back of government regulations in relation to rentals. Westview has genuinely, rebuilt my trust in double glazing companies, a local business and experienced dedicated team, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Cant recommend them highly enough 5/5 - thank you again Westview and the team.

Have just had windows and a slider replaced with double glazed modern ones by Westview. Delighted! They are stunning, and the whole process has been easy. The installers were exceptional - made a lovely job, took great care of my house, and cleaned up beautifully. Have more windows to replace, Westview every time!

We own a Lockwood home and have just had a full size floor to ceiling window removed and a new door installed onto our deck, the workmanship was second to none and the installer was excellent. Westview Aluminium have got my vote as number one, Thank you for a great job

They seriously lack a lot of communication skills. Would not recommend them. We wanted bi-fold doors and they supplied french doors, and when trying to rectify the issue they assumed blame on us, even though they verbally admitted a miscommunication error, and when trying to rectify the issue, they offered to buy back the new door at a lesser price (even though it is brand new!) and we still have to pay for a new door on top of it. After voicing our concerns with other friends as well, it would appear we are not the only ones with issues with them. Steer clear.
