Alice was very professional during the whole sales process. She went above and beyond! I live out of town and she not only checked the house was up to standard prior to open homes but even went and found quotes for any repairs that needed fixing. She was amazing from start to end and I would definitely use her again! Mel was a great agent to deal with. She kept me informed right across the sales process and provided helpful advice which was very much needed, especially as I live out of town. Mel was easy to communicate with and made the experience as smooth as possible!
