Very good customer service - Everyone's so nice when I go there - specially to 2 lovely young ladies. they always have my wine I drink so I'm happy. Love that the ATM is there too! so handy.

i thought id leave you guys a review not only for your fast delivery service because dam it is pretty fast with the way covid turned the postal service on its head i always have my order the next day but for dealing with a karen moment that i had (& once again id like to apologize) to the lady who stuck with me emailing back and forth and when the light finally went off in my at that point tiny brain. you were professional and i applaud you for not losing your s@#$ at me. 100% recommend this store.

Would be NO STARS. Paid $33 for delivery on Saturday from Tauranga to Auckland. I paid for it on Friday morning so I would have it on Saturday. I will never to be buying from this company again. Didn't sent it out til the afternoon which meant it wouldn't be gotten til Monday. Could of paid normal postage. Disgusting

Hands down the best customer service ever!! I live in Auckland & was needing delivery before Saturday coz it's a bday present lol. I just made my order now & they were trying their best to see what they could do & the lady asked her boss if she could pack it now for me & she said I'll pack it now & you should get it before hopefully. They must have a really cool boss lol. Thank you Thirsty liquor Tauranga for your amazing service.
