Great store with specials.The staff at the garden centre were amazing. They made us feel special. They also deliver to Wanaka at a low rate which is fantastic. Will continue to support them.

One star just for having the door open .My, god just read your reviews as I couldn't believe the problems I have had in store with customer service spanning 5 years could not be just myself . As an x store owner I would be absolutely horrified with the continual bad reviews regarding customer service from staff ,people are going elsewhere as I have and will continue to do because nothing has improved .Management desperately needs to sort out staff training in Customer Service because the dollar losses from having no one who even knows what it is must be tangible in turnover . No wonder stocks are low and customers are getting you to price match because those stocks should be in your store [our local] and given great service to sell that product to the customer ,not just throw a grumpy no we haven't got it

Helpful staff members but there's not a lot of sale and product choices compared to other branches.

It's a good place to bye all ur D.I.Y.stuff for ur home if u want to renovate as it's got tools, kitchens, fireplaces, sinks, and hoses, for outside, among alot of other stuff u might be looking for for ur home it's a good shop to go take a look so my advice is go take a look for urself.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I live in Wellington and after much searching, found the only Mitre 10 in NZ that stocked the plant I was looking for, was Cromwell. Messages were passed on, my phone call returned & quotes quickly provided. The plants arrived on my doorstep today by overnight courier. Thank you Kiara, Amy & Charmaine. Great service from a great store!

The staff were really helpful. Cut wood to measurement for no extra cost. Recommend going through alex to shop at Cromwell mitre10. I had previously been to both alexandra stores and received no help what so ever.

Good customer service. Will definitely be back.
