Very good USD to NZD exchange rate, in and out in less than 2 minutes. I feel dumb for having exchanged at the airport travelex took me for a fool with such low rates.

Service here so slow, stood in line for 40 minutes today and finally got served, only to be told they didn’t have any Australian dollars and couldn’t help me. When I said they should be outside asking the customers in the line what they need, and explaining they are out of certain currencies so they didn’t have to wait for nothing, the lady was very dismissive and rude. 1 star since I cannot give zero stars.

had a sign up saying 'back in 30 min' I waited over an hour only to hear I need my passport and proof of address. What a joke! Could have put that on the door instead of wasting my time!
