2 x trips from South Canterbury required to collect the goods paid for. Expensive exercise. Different staff each time, poor communication. Never again.

Awesome outlet furniture shop. Have bought furniture, kitchen items and decor here many times and am never disappointed.The discounts on the NOOD furniture and homewares ranges are very generous, and you never feel like you are overpaying.As an added bonus, the staff are incredibly lovely to talk with and very helpful, they are always happy to answer any questions.

We were very impressed with the service at this store! We are visiting from Australia and wanted a “ winking face” pot, there were only 2 in NZ and the staff ordered us one from Queenstown which arrived as we were told with a very minimal delivery charge AND it was at sale price !Thank you - we will definitely be back
