My partner has just phoned in to report no power in Romahapa. As we have no cell reception and internet off he had to drive a distance to make the fault call. His call was met with a very rude response and told twice that he should have checked the power before phoning in. Our power had been off for about 3/4 hr before we phoned in. Very unhelpful employee who is in fact paid to carry out this service.

rang balclutha number got invercargil, he wasnt helpful at all, guys were great fixed problem in couple hours in middle of the night
