Worst service ever...they just eat your money regardless of how many times you apply and what ever docs you provide.Never enough for them .Dont know why they are so difficult about everything..Better to waste your time energy and money on some other county then Australia..Better place to visit in the world guys :)

Essentially online service only don't even bother with the phone. They could just automate that message and save everyone's time.

Went with my grandma to renew her passport.They were so friendly and kind to her.We filled everything as we should have and got two photos from Life Pharmacy in Commercial Bay next door to the Australia Consulate building, as they do very high quality photos.She got her new passport in a week and all is well.Thank you again for the great service and guidance.

Atrocious wait times, unable to speak to anyone. Waited twice at 30 mins each and no answer whatsoever, no notifying how long they call may take and no choice to request a call back. Absolutely useless service.

Funny how they ask one to switch off fon but the guard is on FB on his fon at the desk.Poor slow service.

Better apply your tourist visa 3 months before you travel because they take ages to process even if you have permanent residency here in New Zealand .... they need to improve and better put on some effort to take quick process of cases like tourist visa within a 14 days time frame not bloody 30 days or I can say 90 days to process the application and they need to bloody put some option for speaking to visa officer for the process of urgent application ... what a waste of money $247 just to get a visa and didn’t receive on the time frame of travel dates when you need it .... waste of tickets and waste of holiday from work too I didn’t even give one star to you guys your TTS office and visa office won’t deserve a shmizz ...
