The Regent on Broadway
It was wonderful I thoroughly enjoyed the whole performance and very moving tribute especially when we stood for the Ukrainian national anthem. My heart goes out to the people of Ukraine who are suffering over the greed of one man in Russia.

The Regent on Broadway
This is a beautifully appointed theatre, and quite grand for a small city. The acoustics are pretty good, and a wide range of acts and performances is catered for. The ticketing people are helpful and ushers are respectful and supportive. Seating is fully tiered as should be expected.It pays to be mindful when parking before an event as there is no specific theatre parking; you will need to find your own parking within the central city, or organise other travel arrangements, so plan to be a little early.

The Regent on Broadway
This beautiful theatre was the perfect setting for the graduation ceremony for Massey University. Though I studied at this university years ago, I was there for my daughter's graduation. It was an amazing scene with huge graphic dispays including video, the stage set for the dignitaries and the welcome with the playing of the conch, and the karanga, the prochancellors speech and many others, then the presentation of graduands with their degrees. This was followed by a parade down to the Square and an afternoon tea.The Regent is a grand old building with great accoustics, and atmosphere enhanced by the lighting comfortable seating , and excellent access in and out of theatre. There are parking buildings nearby and the graduates were all given coupons for very cheap all day parking. Well done Regent, and Massey!

Great venue to watch the 10 Tenors, was a bit uncomfortably warm inside but if they turned the aircon down it would have caused a stir with the majority of seats occupied by elderly folk. Great acoustics, friendly usher and service staff. Parking on the main street difficult, most parking out the rear and walk through the alley.

Went to see The Ten Tenors and they were awesome. Also the venue is a gem....lovely friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Lovely old theatre with some beautiful architectural features. The ledies on the doors were lovely. We were there for a school production.

First time at the Regent. I was suitably impressed at the layout, the really friendly staff and the whole feel.of the place. The amenities were clean and tidy too.I would recommend to anyone taking in a show.

Beautiful architecture. Comfortable seating and good views of the stage wherever you sit. This building is an icon and thoughtfully renovated
