I had a slightly awkward situation with getting my licence due to a recent name change, and both of the ladies behind the counter as well as my driving test instructor were all trying their hardest to find me a solution that worked best for me. I felt super comfortable, couldn't give more of a glowing review of the staff here.

Excellent service friendly staff hot drinks available while you wait very impressed with this place and they replaced a iight bulb that was faulty at a cost but very convenient

was a bit confused which booth to line up for, wasn't the only one, the very helpful staff kept asking the people waiting what they were there for. Some more painted information on the floor would be great, and how to queue. The staff very good but don't need the extra work to direct people to the correct booth.

I was waiting within the marked lines in my car as per instructions on the sign when a staff member came out and told me I had to leave because the line was too long and I was blocking the driveway. I was told to come back later. I moved my car to a carpark because I had a hungry baby in the car, fed the baby and all the time was watching the que snake up the drive longer than when I was there and no others were told to leave by staff. Very frustrating waste of time.

All though it was extremely busy the day I went to sit the half hour 35 question theory test for a license, the ladies at the counter were amazing. Very professional with having to deal with so many diverse people.
