I’m happy regarding my car, but that’s about it! Terrible customer service and communication skills. The manager is rude and a time waster, and needs to seriously work on his customer service and communication skills. The young man who works there is much more helpful. What blows my mind is that when I arrived to collect the car (for the 3rd time!) the office and workshop were open for me to walk around. Not a single staff member was present. Lucky I have a clean conscience and didn’t steal numerous car keys that were lying over the office table. Overall I would not recommend doing business with this manager in charge. A dodgy character who needs to be checked up on.

Really really friendly and helpful staff, they will go above and beyond to help you as customers like they did for me. Great value and selection of cars to choose from - including hybrid. Fast action and the car I bought is going really well. The wof was done by VTNZ so you can rest assured their cars are safe and sound. They also offer MBI and good price. Prasad and the team are hard working and have exceeded my expectations and I would recommend to others to visit this place before make final decision on cars. They will reply your texts after hours too. Highly recomended.

Great experience at this dealership.We found a car we liked on AutoTrader, and within a day, we arranged to go see it. The staff at AR were very chilled about letting us have a test drive. The car was exactly as described. Rose, the sales rep, have us efficient and friendly service. Before we knew it, we were driving off in our car, and were very satisfied.I'd highly recommend this place to pick up a good-value second hand car.

Prasad is a absolute scam artist I can not warn you enough to not buy a car from here.. save yourself go somewhere else. ps: your grammar is terrible.

Never ever deal with this place! False advertising claiming the car had multiple things the car did not have..they gave out my confidential information..they wanted me to sign contract before we talked about what’s there or not on the car I wanted they made me wait 3 weeks only to find out they wouldn’t deal with me because I kept asking about the false advertising..all the stereotypes they say about Indians they live up to

Very poor customer service and extremely doggy despite them saying there rental company is different in fact all cars for sale are rented prior to being sold very misleading dealership wouldn't recommend
