I attended Caulder Centre, this morning between 10-10:30am, I have a throat infection problem, I was referring to see the doctor and it didn't take long to see one. GP transfer me to Covid room for testing first and it turns out negative. I waited for the nurse approximately from arrival time and apparently its 1:16pm. I returned to the reception

I'm not happy either. On Friday I walked in at 0130pm to be told no Drs in the clinic due to shortstaff or sickness. I totally understand this. I needed to refill my prescription to be told the nurses can't issue prescriptions so I said I'll come back on Monday when the Drs should be back on board. So here I am on the Monday at 8.30am to be told the walk in list is full come back at 1.30pm.Walked back in at 1.25pm to be told Drs are fully booked.I said nah I need my medicine I'm gonna see someone.Let you know how I get on after this

Woefully understaffed. The new premises look amazing but that investment is pointless when the basic needs of the clientele are no longer being met.

I wouldn't recommend them as the doctors are not available most of the time and you will have to settle with an appointment with a nurse. The doctors appointment takes longer than 10 days, and they seem to be visitors.Even for kids they would suggest to buy from the medical store and do not prefer to prescribe a medicine which they should be doing. (Not always, but yes they show uncomfortess to prescribe). The area is most often occupied by homeless sleeping in the sofa sets.I would definitely not recommend and was wondering if the rating is given by themselves!!!

affordable charges to poor people the clinic is located in the heart of the city. although outside atmosphere is a little unpleasant. Once you entered there, staff members working there always be smiling and ready to help. G.P Dr Richard. D.A. is no doublt very professional and has a big sympathy to people who need help. thx!

TERRIBLE!! Appointments had been made and always took more than an hour to queue after the appointment time. Also. Wrong information was provided!!! Kindly train your reception professionals and no one ever picks up the call!!

I’ve been a patient here with Dr Richard Davies for a few years, he’s absolutely fantastic and been instrumental in helping me with my health concerns…..although The Calder Centre are hopeless, I can never get through to make an appointment and when I do it’s 2-3 weeks away. I’ve been trying get hold of them to make an appointment with my doctor or even any other doctor there available for the last 3-4 days and left messages every single time, no one has called me back. Like I said Dr Davies is awesome and so are the other doctors there but everything else about Calder Centre is useless. Time to change Doctors and it’s a shame.

UnfortunatelyI I enrolled myself in Calder since several years ago. Yes, the GPs, nurses and everyone are nice and helpful BUT, I had terrible experience the way I trusted my GP and while for more than 2 years I was suffering from upset stomach, acidity, pain, etc.. and my GP just put me on getting Omperazole! She looks experienced but even she couldnot able to diagnose me having H pylori virus with a simple stool test, protein test! Never refered me to a specialist or at least a sonography/ ultrasound. even a PHD biomedical student can easily guess!I'm blaming myself why I trusted her and I did not change my GP. Now for 3 weeks I got different strong antibiotics for treatment as my new GP diagnosed and prescribed the medications. and now I can see lots of side effects on myself due to bearing this Virus for more than 2 years. I cannot understand how so-called experinced GP google!? who knows what's happening in my stomach! or what could happen if I didn't change my GP...
