Got 2 pre-cut key from them one just fit in the lock and the other didnt want to go into the lock. Went back and got a new one, but was told they should be all the same because they are pre-cut but the new one was about half the thickness as the other one and it worked.

Verbally quoted a price for a job, come back to pick up and charged 40% above quote. Being a slow learner went back again only to be excessively ripped of again. I have been a customer for many years. Not any more.
