We engaged Flooring First to lay carpet tiling at St Barnabas Church, the plan was to repair the existing tile flooring and lay over the top of these but on further inspection Alex was concerned that wouldn't deliver the best result so he and his team decided to lift the old vinyl tiles which required a lot of extra effort but resulted in a quality finish to the overall job. We found Alex and his team to be very professional, their workmanship and service were of the highest standard. We have no hesitation in recommending Flooring First to anyone.

We have had bad experiences with flooring companies in the past such as long waits, poorly laid products , huge messes to clean up after the job.Not so with Flooring First. They were first to quote. Their products were the best and their advice was excellent. Their price was the best with no hidden surprises, unlike others.They removed all existing floor coverings and their preparation work was outstanding and very thorough. The flooring arrived very quickly and was expertly laid. Their installers really knew what they were doing and they were very good to work with. Everything was cleaned up after the job and their boss even came out and planed a door that was sticking slightly and did not charge for this. The floor coverings that they installed are stunning, transforming our old cottage's interior into a beautiful modern home. There was a very generous discount for prompt payment.Flooring First Richmond are the best Flooring Company I have ever dealt with and I have no hesitation recommending them. They are by far the best and we have had considerable experience with a lot of rental properties to deal with over the years.

Excellent product, installation, and service overall. We first chose Richmond Flooring to install a wooden floor. We chose them again when we replaced the carpet. We liked their friendly approach and professionalism.

We had our carpet and flooring laid by the team at flooring first. Very thorough and well priced for beautiful quality products, wonderful service, nothing was a problem even on my 127th visit they were friendly and very helpful. Cannot recommend high enough.

Do not use this business. They were totally unprofessional. We have had them booked in to do a job for four months. They turned up to do a scoping visit 4 days prior to installation. The owner was angry and abused builders. It was one of the worst encounters i've ever had. He was unprepared to provide details on what he expected the condition of the floors pre installation to be like. He also had quoted complete preparation of the floors.
