For years pizza places have taken normal pizzas and said large. When in fact they were small ones. Cost cutting at it's best.

Domino’s Pizza Whakatane
We ordered the Pizza Meal for $28. 2x Supreme pizza & 2x Garlic Bread. Everything was hot but when we were eating the pizzas on our way to home, the pizza bases were dry as cardboard and crispy with dry toppings and the Garlic Bread was burnt on one side. We both became sick from the food from here - Never Again are we buying anything from this store.Worst experience we have had to date with Dominoes.

The meal was nice and hot delivered no worries. The only down fall was the size of the chips that came with our meal. Literally just a handful of chips in the big box.

I bought 6 large pizzas for my grandchildren s prize giving , this is what they love I am not a pizza lover but they encourage me to try it and I absolutely loved it thanks to my Moko boy Ngai te kapo just 4 yrs old said try it nanny, after that definitely will be your number one fan thankyou guys love customer service

Ordered 2 pizzas, garlic bread and drink.The supreme pizza had spring onions even though I removed them while ordering and was undercooked, the pepperoni was overcooked/burnt, garlic bread was also burnt, and the drink was warm because the fridge in the shop was sitting on 17C. They were busy but still it’s sad.

They put the wrong sauce on the pizza, after we told them they made us new pizzas with the right sauce. It took a bit too long and they seemed very confused in general. But nevertheless, the pizzas were very tasty and juicy. We went there 3 more times and it was very good all the time!

You guys had an awful night tonight with your oven blowing up. And yes, we did wait an hour for our pizzas. Under the pressure you were and dealing with unhappy customers, you kept your smiles going and we got the best pizzas ever! We get that stuff happens that's out of your control, but you were amazing as a team working together to solve the problem and continue your shift. Well done guys and thank you for the excellent pizzas.

It was ok ,only problem they don't speak up if your order is ready & being there for the first time with a fair amount of customers, i waited, i decided to change my can to a large bottle so I approached the counter with the bottle, $5's pls no I'm exchanging the can to the large bottle , second time repeating. Pizzas that were finished, i looked at the orders waiting to be taken my can was in the . pizza box .The girls need too learn customer service training. One young boy brought his mum in who was very upset her son took the order and stood waiting for half an hour to pay his order.
