InterCity Bus Stop

The bus itself is fine but the whole management of this company is a catastrophe!! This company is unsurpassable in incompetence.We traveled as a class and were scheduled to take the bus at 7am towards Tauranga.The bus was on time and everything seemed to work out, however the bus driver said we were on the list so we couldn't go.Booking and money transfer all worked out, and then this.Adding to their arrogance, they did not respond to almost every call. As if nothing had happened.

I catched the Hamilton to Wellington bus on the 19th of April that left at 11:55 pm. Worst ride of my life. The bus ticket said it would arrive at 8:30 pm but it arrived in Wellington at 11 pm. A waste of time. Do not catch intercity. You are better off with catching a plane ride. The most uncomfortable seats. Horrible bus and these buses should be banned in New Zealand. There should be a petition to ban this disgraceful company.

Bus never turned up. Took 3 weeks after ringing them for a refund. At first they even tried to lie and said passengers got off at that time so it was definitely there. I definitely wouldn't rely on these guys as they are not above being dishonest.

Very good bus service. Neat and clean busses. The driver is very helpful and has good sense of humour. Comfortable journey

Extremely unsatisfied. Was the last person to leave the bus and realized 10 minutes later that I had left my tablet on my seat. They did not let me get back on the bus to search for it (I was standing right besides the bus showing that the locator said it was inside) and no staff member would go for me. They kept telling me to wait, that I would receive a call but every time I called to ask they would ignore me, put me on hold for a long while and hanging up on me finally. I never got any call or received it back. Unhelpful, rude and unprofessional staff. Was not expecting this from a supposedly national bus network and would recommend using any other transport service if you can. Very disappointed. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Had the absolute pleasure of travelling from Rotorua to Wellington on an innercirty bus. Normally a 9 hr bus ride would be hell. But we got a bus driver called James. Beautiful Māori man who was funny and caring. He was an amazing bus driver saved us from two accidents by being a safe driver. He also was accomodating and just a general wonderful human being. If your using an inner city bus, try get James.

Boarding the service this morning was absolutely seamless. Craig our driver is the most cordial when greeting guests and his commentary is exceptional. Looking forward to the rest of our journey

1 star for no service. Their website is shocking and the call centres are ridiculously busy (funny that). They turned me away trying to catch a bus without a booking, online bookings only. Meanwhile the bus is legitimately empty, the call centre has no useful advice, the information centre to process a cash sale doesn't even open before the first bus arrives... Its unbelievable how this company is still in business, you'd think after all these years they would finally have a better service, but it's been a terrible service for the last few years in my opinion.
