The saddest kfc I have ever been to in my life. The chicken was soggy, uncooked and seemed like they heated up yesterdays old chicken. The saddest part was that it wasn’t even crispy just extremely sad.

The best KFC in the entire New Zealand. Crispy & light batter on the Wicked Wings. Great flavours! Honestly, the only KFC chain where it actually tastes like KFC chicken!

Went through drive through.Neither good nor bad. It just is what it is.I would say however - and this is not a discriminatory remark, that they need to ensure staff on the drive through can both understand and speak clearer English.That becomes more of an issue with those drive through intercoms to be fair..Otherwise no complaints. Young girl was polite, smiley and professional and was doing her best.

Bought an up-sized 2 pc Chicken box and 3 pc Chicken box. The chicken is of decent size, and the upsized chips is huge portion. However, the taste of chicken is different from those in ASEAN countries. I think some spices are removed/modified to suit local taste

I originally asked for a value meal and a tower burger without a drink.I then got told that I should just get a burger box, when I said no he insisted I understand upselling but the option he was giving me was cheaper..? And seeing as he didnt give up, i did. then I asked for original chicken, Somehow ended up with wicked wings also asked for a potato and gravy, ended up with plain gravy. This may seem like something stupid to complain about but it's not what I wanted
