worthwhile ordering in bulk some pretty good savings to be made but you need to do your homework .. not a polished home delivery but the savings are considerable on some products (not all)

Every order comes with missing items and wrong items and Struggle for credit.

Absolutely unprofessional.I wish I had less than - rating.You are responsible for your own credit chase (for their errors) and have to follow up them till death .No communication as keep onWaiting for the delivery and assume that their truck might have broken down .(which you find out after ringing themAfter hours).You might not get the delivery for that day as well and nobody has a clue what’s going on and third day expect a double delivery.Nobody bothers to do or fulfill what they say they will do / call back.Most of the satff is rude over the phone, seem to be either uninterested or overworked. You get different statements everyone you ring them.Do not recommend to anybody.Highly disappointing.Too expensive for what they provide,(Could be expired or have fungus on it too)Nobody cares to read their comments section, they will do what they fell like .May be delete the comments section.

To all business owners please do not order from Bidfood . They literally deliver wrong products everyday and nobody will sort it out. The account manager just blocked your calls . Easy like that. Speak from a customer since 2016 and never order from them now

If this is how they treat the disabled, goodness knows what they do with your food! Two designated mobility car parks blocked by one inconsiderate Bidfood employee. Not a great look for their business!

Terrible truck drivers taking huge risks. They will park wherever they please and put pedestrians at risk so long as it saves them walking a few extra meters to a loading zone.

One of the worst companies to deal with. Similar experience of getting wrong items and don't even get the credit. Their credit system is totally flawed and they aren't able to explain.CON COMPANY.... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

This company is just a shambles.Overpriced and bad service

This is a company that allows it's trucks to use residential roadways during periods that clearly have 'No Heavy Vehicles during 8pm and 6am'.A company that does this has no respect for anyone except themselves...so who would want to deal with a company like this?They're scum
